Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Development Manager in Shimla. The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance agents to ensure performance targets are met. The role includes developing strategies to increase sales, conducting performance reviews, and providing continuous support to agents to enhance their productivity. The manager will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements and fostering professional development within the team.

• Skills in sales strategy development and performance evaluation
• Strong understanding of life insurance products and the regulatory environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the Insurance/Finance Industry is a plus
