Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Aftersales Manager located in Surat. The Aftersales Manager will oversee the aftersales operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and managing service and repair processes. Responsibilities include supervising the aftersales team, maintaining high levels of customer service, analyzing service metrics, and driving sales for aftersales services. The role demands strong analytical skills to improve operations and develop strategies for business growth.

• Strong Analytical Skills
• Sales experience, particularly in automotive or related fields
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Automotive Management, or related field
• Experience with luxury automotive brands is a plus
