Job Description:

• Position: After Sales Service Executive

• Industry: Electrical Appliances
• Responsibilities:
• Provide dedicated after-sales support for electrical appliances.
• Travel across India to appoint service centers
• Communicate effectively with service centers to understand and resolve service-related problems.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure timely and effective solutions.
• Handle service inquiries and provide assistance through various communication channels.
• Requirements:
• Educational background in electrical or a related field.
• Proven experience in after-sales service, particularly in supporting distributors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
• Technical proficiency in repairing electrical appliances.

Location -B-23, GT Karnal Road Industrial Area, New Delhi, Delhi 110033

Office Timings - 9:30am to 6:30pm (6 Days Working ) Sun - Off.
