Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Aftersales Manager, located on-site in Ahmedabad. The Aftersales Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by handling aftersales support and services. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer service inquiries, overseeing inventory control, coordinating parts ordering, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues. The role requires excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams
• Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Skills in Inventory Control and Parts Ordering
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve issues promptly
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant experience in the packaging industry is a plus
