PRATHAM U/o IIFM Ltd #prathamtestprep is a Premium Entrance Preparation specialist for various undergraduate courses, whether it is Management, Law, Mass Communication, or B.Com, etc. It has a curriculum which is intricately designed to meet the needs of the students who are preparing for various undergraduate entrances to various reputed colleges.

The basic criteria for admission into any coveted university, Pan-India, is to clear an entrance exam which largely tests the Aptitude of the students in fields like Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal Ability, Logical Reasoning, General Awareness, and Current Affairs. This aptitude, which is latent in every student, needs polishing and practice.

The faculty members are competent, erudite, and experienced. They provide relentless and unwavering guidance, and students under their aegis are able to do wonders and perform to the highest of their capabilities.

As selections in various coveted institutes like IIM Indore, IIM Rohtak, Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, etc. have only seen an upswing, PRATHAM as a name has become synonymous with success and progress. Essential Duties and Responsibilities


1. Responsible for the achievement of daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets for the respective centers assigned to them

2. To speak with aspiring students/parents and give them the right career options for the course.

3. To convince students and their parents and generate interest in education. Opportunities offered by IIFM /PRATHM.

4. Compiling and Analyzing Market information to develop future strategies for the Company.

5. Ethical Compliance with all company policies

6. Generating data points and sources relevant to achieving the sales target.

7. Calling on the prospective leads and data generated regularly.
