We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic professional to join our team and support both Human Resources and Administrative operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to gain broad exposure to various organizational functions. The role offers a well-balanced mix of responsibilities, enabling you to strengthen your operational capabilities while playing an active role in driving key HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Office & IT Administration Employee engagement activities 1. Recruitment Assistance Support sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for IT and non-IT roles. Manage job postings on various platforms and maintain candidate databases. Coordinate interview schedules and ensure seamless communication with stakeholders. 2 . Administrative and Office Support Manage vendor relationships for office supplies, services, and maintenance. Oversee office upkeep to maintain a professional, well-organized, and hygienic workspace. Coordinate and monitor facility services, ensuring timely execution of cleaning, repairs, and maintenance. Assist with the procurement and inventory management of office equipment and supplies. Support IT administration tasks, including maintaining internet and Ethernet connections and understanding network functioning to ensure smooth office operations. 3. Employee Engagement Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities, such as team-building events and celebrations. Collaborate on crafting and disseminating internal communications for engagement initiatives. Gather and analyze employee feedback to refine engagement programs. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Operations, or a related field. 2. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. 3 . Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 4 .
