Job Description

A Admin cum Accountant role combines administrative and accounting responsibilities. The job involves managing daily office operations, including tasks like managing correspondence, scheduling, and maintaining records, alongside handling financial transactions, bookkeeping, and preparing financial reports.  Key Responsibilities: Administrative: Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars. Maintaining organized filing systems and databases. Providing general administrative support to staff and management. Coordinating travel arrangements and expense reports. Assisting with HR functions like maintaining employee records. Liaising with vendors, clients, and other external partners. Accounting: Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers. Processing invoices, receipts, and payments. Reconciling bank statements and ensuring accuracy of financial data. Assisting with budget preparation and financial reporting. Managing payroll processing and related documentation. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Performing bookkeeping tasks and preparing financial statements. Handling petty cash and bank transactions.
