Job Summary


We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin and HR Associate to support day-to-day administrative and HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be tech-savvy, and capable of managing various tools and platforms to ensure smooth internal processes.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage general administrative duties including office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility management.
  • Support HR functions such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee record management.
  • Handle employee queries and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain and update HR systems, databases, and internal trackers.
  • Assist in organizing events, meetings, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare basic reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and support compliance activities.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 year experience in an administrative or HR support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in MS Office
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A proactive attitude with attention to detail and confidentiality.
