Location: Kerala (Hybrid or Remote) Type: Full-Time | Salary + Performance Incentives About the Role: FEN2 is revolutionizing football engagement in India through a Web3-ready sports tech app that rewards users for playing, learning, and engaging with the game. We're looking for a data-driven, creative digital marketer who can lead paid campaigns and conversion funnels across our verticals. This role requires someone who understands the football ecosystem and can drive app downloads, ecommerce sales, program enrolments, service bookings, and community participation — all through performance marketing and digital strategy. Key Responsibilities: Performance & Paid Ad Management Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, and programmatic) Target specific goals: app downloads , program/course signups , e-commerce , and event bookings Conversion-Focused Campaigns Design funnels and landing pages for course sales, lead gen, ecommerce, and football services Use retargeting, email drips, WhatsApp automation, and other tools to boost ROI Analytics & Optimisation Track KPIs: CTR, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates Report and optimize based on real-time data Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mixpanel, or similar tools E-commerce & In-App Promotions Manage seasonal offers, loyalty campaigns, and shop-specific ads Collaborate with designers for creatives Growth Hacking & Community Building Drive app users to community groups, programs, and activities Brainstorm viral loops and gamified growth ideas Requirements: 2–5 years experience in digital marketing or paid ad management (agency or in-house) Proven success in conversion-focused campaigns (preferably in apps, edtech, or e-commerce) Strong understanding of football, youth culture, or sports community (bonus) Expert in Meta Ads , Google Ads , Google Analytics , UTMs , WhatsApp/Email funnels Basic understanding of App Store Optimization (ASO) is a bonus Excellent communication skills in English; Malayalam proficiency preferred What You’ll Get: Competitive salary + performance incentives Direct impact on India’s grassroots football revolution Creative freedom and leadership potential Opportunity to grow with a globally scaling product (FEN2) Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 6 months Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Experience: Digital Marketing: 2 years (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 23/07/2025
