Requirements :

Strong expertise in vendor payments, payroll coordination, tax compliance, and inter-company accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable cycle, vendor reconciliations & ageing.
• Manage payroll processing with HR.
• Manage Trainer Payments with Tech and Trainer operations.
• Ensure timely TDS deduction, deposit & returns (incl. 26Q, 24Q).
• Handle GST filings including GSTR-3B, ITC reconciliation & compliance.
• 15CA/CB processes for foreign payments & coordinate with banks/consultants.
• Maintain group company books, handle intercompany settlements & reconciliations.
• Review AP schedules for audits, support statutory filings & monthly closures.
• Lead and mentor a team of 4, ensuring timely execution and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance or CA Inter/CMA Inter/MBA.
• 4+ years of relevant experience; startup background preferred.
• Proficient in Excel & accounting tools (Tally).
• Strong understanding of Indian taxation (TDS, GST) and remittance rules.
