Job Summary:

3DE Quality Engineer We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to drive product quality across our additive manufacturing and prototyping services. This role involves inspecting printed components, documenting compliance, and collaborating with design and production teams to ensure output meets client and industry expectations.

Key Responsibilites:

Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of 3D printed and assembled parts

Develop and maintain quality checklists, inspection reports, and NCR logs

Coordinate incoming raw material inspections and ensure traceability

Work with production and design teams to close the loop on issues and reworks

Ensure all outgoing products meet internal and client specifications

Assist in implementing ISO/QMS practices, corrective actions, and audits.

Skill requirement:

2–4 years in QA or QC role, preferably in precision manufacturing or additive setup

Ability to use measuring tools: Vernier, calipers, height gauges, etc.

Basic understanding of 3D printing materials, tolerances, and part finishing

Documentation skills for QA processes, inspection, and reporting

Certification in ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or relevant QA standards

Experience with CAD software or inspection tools

Exposure to vacuum casting, SLA, or CNC post-processing

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
