Accounts Manager

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee

  day-to-day accounting operations

  , including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
• Lead the

  monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process

  and ensure timely preparation of financial statements.
• Manage

  GST, TDS, PF, PT, and other statutory compliances

  , including returns and audits.
• Supervise and mentor the accounts team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with

  auditors, consultants, and government authorities

  for audits and assessments.
• Prepare and analyze

  MIS reports, cash flow statements, and budget forecasts

  .
• Implement and improve

  internal controls and accounting procedures

  .
• Support the management team with financial planning, tax strategy, and cost control.
• Liaise with banks for fund management, OD, LC/BG facilities, and other transactions.
• Maintain compliance with

  Indian accounting standards and company policies

  .

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in

  Commerce, Finance, or Accounting

  (CA Inter/MBA Finance preferred). Minimum

  6 years of accounting experience

  , preferably in the

  solar, energy, or manufacturing sector

  . Strong knowledge of

  GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other financial regulations

  . Proficient in

  Tally ERP, MS Excel

  , and accounting/reporting tools. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
