Accounts Executive

Job Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Tracking the transactions regularly and updating finances. Accounting receivables and Payables handling. Preparing Petty cash and create estimations and invoices in Zoho books. Preparing Invoices, estimates, Proposals and proforma for clients. Daily reconciliation of bank with office accounts. Collecting credit card invoices for creating the monthly Accounts Statements. Preparing GST filling every month. Using Google sheets for Calculating and maintaining the details. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other documents. Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records. Process invoices and follow up on outstanding payments. Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns. Generate financial reports and statements for review by senior management. Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation as required. Monitor and maintain accounting records Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 1-3 years of experience Strong knowledge of zoho accounting software. Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices. Excellent numerical and analytical skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team.
