Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Accounting and Bookkeeping:

Oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transaction.
Verify, Allocate, Post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results.

2. GST Filing and Taxation:

Prepare and File GST returns accurately and on time.
Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
Assist with income tax, TDS, and Other Statutory filings.

3. Reconciliation:

Perform periodic bank reconciliations and vendor account reconciliations.
Reconcile monthly expenses and resolve any discrepancies.

4. Expense Management:

Oversee monthly expense tracking and reporting.
Prepare detailed expense reports for management review.

5. Audit Support:

Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits.
Provide necessary documentation and resolve audit queries.

Preferred candidate profile:

Proficiency in
Tally Prime
and
Microsoft Excel.
Strong Knowledge of
GST, TDS
, and other Taxation aspects.
Experience with account reconciliation and financial reporting.
Excellent communication skills, including email drafting and professional correspondence.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
