Job Title: Accounts Executive (3–5 Years Experience) Company: SpeedX Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. Location: Vasant Vihar, New Delhi Job Type: Full-time | On-site Job Summary We are hiring an experienced Accounts Executive with 3–5 years of expertise in finance and accounting management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally or other accounting software, strong knowledge of statutory compliance (GST, TDS), and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations Maintain ledgers, journal entries, and general accounts Prepare invoices, receipts, and handle payment processing Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Manage accounts payable and receivable Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and income tax regulations Assist with monthly and annual financial closing and reporting Prepare and update MIS reports and financial statements Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits Maintain records of vendor and customer reconciliations Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting 3–5 years of experience in finance/accounting Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting tools Good knowledge of Indian accounting standards and taxation Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and time management skills Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based incentives Professional work environment Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Location: Vasant Vihar, New Delhi (In-office role) Schedule: Day shift | 6 Days a Week | Mon- Sat.
