Who We’re Looking For: 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance (retail/interior/luxury sectors preferred). Strong knowledge of Tally, GST, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and financial compliance. Organized, trustworthy, and attentive to even the smallest details. Ready to take ownership of daily financial tasks and support business decisions with clear, timely reports. Comfortable working closely with the leadership and operational teams, contributing ideas for smoother processes. Proficient in English, Hindi, and (preferably) Gujarati—good communicator and team player. Your Role & Responsibilities: Maintain accurate books of accounts, invoices, and transactions for BLA Living. Handle day-to-day entries, reconciliations, GST and TDS filings, documentation, and expense controls. Prepare regular MIS reports, share timely financial updates, and assist with budgeting and audits. Support showroom operations with vendor payments, banking, and basic HR coordination. Suggest and implement practical improvements—making finance a strength, not just a function.
