Key Responsibilities: “Financial Documentation and Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Accounts Receivable and Payable: Manage and process invoices, payments, and receipts, ensuring timely settlements.Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, analyzing financial data to support business planning.Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting principles and adherence to legal financial practices, including tax filings.Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement in financial performance.Reconciliation: Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records.Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring sufficient funds are available to meet operational needs.Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations.”
