Accounts Assistant

The candidate will be involved in a wide range of assignments across various domains including Accounting, Direct & Indirect Taxation, Audit, ROC Compliance, and Business Law Advisory. Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting & Bookkeeping:
• Preparation and finalization of books of accounts for individuals, firms, and companies.
• Reconciliation of bank accounts, vendor/client ledgers, and other financial records.
• Income Tax:
• Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITRs) for individuals, firms, companies, and trusts.
• TDS compliance including filing of returns and reconciliation of Form 26AS.
• GST (Goods and Services Tax):
• GST registration, monthly/quarterly/annual return filing.
• Reconciliation of GSTR-2A/2B and addressing mismatches.
• Handling GST notices, audits, and refunds.
• Audit & Assurance:
• Conducting statutory, tax, internal, and stock audits for clients across industries.
• Drafting audit reports and working papers in accordance with applicable standards.
• ROC & MCA Compliance:
• Preparation and filing of ROC returns and forms (e.g., AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR-3 KYC).
• Incorporation of companies, LLPs, and handling related secretarial compliance.
• Business & Other Laws:
• Assisting with compliance and advisory services under various business laws like the Partnership Act, LLP Act, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.
• Drafting legal documents, agreements, and resolutions.

Skills Required:

• Strong working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Familiarity with government portals (Income Tax, GST, MCA).
• Good understanding of applicable laws and regulations.
• Attention to detail, integrity, and a proactive learning attitude.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
