Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Manager to handle all financial activities and oversee administrative functions. The ideal candidate will ensure financial health, legal compliance, and efficient office operations. Key Responsibilities: Accounts & Finance: Maintain day-to-day accounting and financial records. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes. Oversee taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliances. Handle bank transactions, reconciliations, and cash flow management. Coordinate with auditors and financial institutions. Manage payroll, invoicing, and vendor payments. Administrative: Oversee general office administration and maintenance. Manage vendor relationships and office supplies procurement. Maintain company records, documents, and compliance files. Support HR functions like attendance tracking and basic staff coordination. Handle correspondence, travel arrangements, and internal communication. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounts and admin roles. Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software. Good understanding of taxation, compliance, and statutory laws. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
