Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Analyst located in Salem. The Accounts Analyst will be responsible for managing financial records, processing invoices, conducting data analysis, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also involves preparing financial reports, ensuring regulatory compliance, assisting in budgeting, and collaborating with various departments to optimize financial operations.

Qualifications

Atleast 3 years experience in Receivables and Payables
Kowledge of Accounting software is a plus
Analytical Skills and Finance experience
Proficiency in Invoicing and financial documentation
Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent Customer Service skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Relevant certifications, such as CPA or CFA, are a plus
