Location: Jaipur ( On- Site )
Department: Finance & Accounts
Experience: 2–5 years
Reporting To: Finance Head / Director

About the Role

Tilak Stone Arts is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our day-to-day accounting operations. You will be responsible for recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, preparing payment schedules, and handling payroll distribution. This role requires strong financial discipline, accuracy, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, cash books, bank books, and ledgers
  • Track and record all company expenses and purchases across departments
  • Process vendor payments, staff reimbursements, and petty cash disbursements
  • Manage and update daily cash flow statements and provide weekly reports
  • Prepare monthly financial summaries, expense reports, and cost breakdowns
  • Coordinate with internal departments for invoice verifications and approvals
  • Disburse employee payroll and maintain salary registers with compliance to TDS, PF, etc.
  • Handle GST entries, voucher entries, and coordinate with external CA (if required)
  • Maintain filing of all bills, receipts, payment proofs for audit readiness

Key Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of Tally or similar accounting software (Zoho, QuickBooks, etc.)
  • Sound understanding of cash flow, expense tracking, and payroll processing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Ability to work independently with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and vendors

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com, M.Com, or related field)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts and payroll
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or retail company is a plus
