Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries including purchase, sales, expense, and payment entries.
Prepare and file monthly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.)
Manage bank reconciliation, petty cash, and vendor payments.
Prepare profit & loss reports, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
Reconcile Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other e-commerce platform payouts with books.
Handle TDS filing and other statutory compliances.
Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.
Manage inventory accounting and support order/invoice matching.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (e-commerce background preferred).
Hands-on experience with Miracle Accounting Software is a must.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally (if applicable), and reconciliation processes.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualities:

Experience working in a startup or fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong communication skills.
