As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting tasks, maintain accurate financial records, manage GST filings, and assist with budgeting and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day financial records, ledgers, and accounting systems.

- Manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and petty cash.

- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

- Generate monthly financial reports and assist with budget planning.

- Coordinate with external auditors during audits.

- Ensure timely and accurate data entry in accounting software (Tally or similar).

- Maintain documentation and support internal financial controls.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.

- Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience (experience in printing or manufacturing industry preferred).

- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting tools.

- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and general tax compliance.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Preferred Skills:

- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.

- Familiarity with cost accounting or inventory management is a plus.
