Accountant JD-Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable:
Process and manage accounts payable transactions.Ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers.Reconcile accounts payable ledgers to maintain accuracy.Manage and process incoming payments from Vendors for Referrals.
Workings for GST Returns:
Prepare and assist CA for filing GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) accurately and on time.Ensure compliance with GST regulations and update records as necessary.Address any discrepancies or queries related to GST.
TDS Return Filing:
Calculate and file TDS returns in compliance with current tax regulations.Prepare TDS certificates and manage TDS deductions.Handle TDS-related queries and reconciliations.
TallyPrime:
Utilize TallyPrime software for maintaining and managing day-to-day accounting transactions.Ensure data is entered accurately and promptly into the TallyPrime system.Assist in generating financial reports and maintaining general ledgers.
General Accounting & Reporting:
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.Maintain records of financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
Communication & Coordination for Statutory Notices:
Assist Chartered Accountant for Income Tax & GST notices and provide necessary documentation wherever required.Handle key client accounts for Rental calculations, monthly TDS payments, quarterly TDS return workings, etc.

Pay: ₹44,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
