Arbour clothing co. is a dynamic and trendsetting clothing brand dedicated to delivering high-quality fashion to our customers. We seek an Accountant with proficiency in Tally Prime to manage financial transactions, billing, and e-commerce sales reconciliation.

Job Responsibilities:Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage clothing billing, including sale orders and sales invoices in Tally Prime.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain purchase records for financial reporting.
• Handle credit notes (CR) and debit notes (DN) for customers and vendors.
• Reconcile Flipkart & Amazon sales and payments to ensure accurate revenue tracking.
• Learn and implement Ludhiana-style accounting practices as per company requirements.
• Create and manage items using barcodes for inventory tracking.

Other Responsibilities:

• Update pricing for products as needed.
• Maintain stock journal to track inventory movements.
• Reconcile AJIO sales and returns.
• Update distributor billing details for accurate financial records.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
• Assist in payroll processing, vendor payments, and expense tracking.
• Generate financial reports and support budgeting and forecasting.
• Stay updated with accounting regulations and taxation laws.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime is a must.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce sales reconciliation and financial regulations.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of barcode-based item creation and inventory management.
• Ability to analyze sales and financial data for business insights.
• Understanding of stock journals and distributor billing processes.
