About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

• Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, petty cash)
• Prepare basic P&L, GST summaries, and reconciliation reports
• Coordinate with CA for filings, audits, and compliance
• Manage billing, invoicing, vendor payments, and customer follow-ups

Inventory Management

• Maintain inventory records for showroom and warehouse
• Coordinate with the logistics and sales team for stock movement and updates
• Monitor reorder levels and provide stock reports periodically

Admin Support

• Handle basic HR/admin tasks like attendance tracking, vendor coordination, office supplies
• Assist in daily operations of the showroom and backend office
• Support logistics planning for client deliveries and installations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounting
• 2+ years of experience in accounting/inventory/admin roles
• Proficient in Tally or any accounting software
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Attention to detail, honesty, and the ability to multitask
• Experience in retail or warehouse operations is a plus
