Job Description

FEMALE CANDIDATES REQUIRED ACCOUNTANT CUM COMPUTER OPERATOR We are hiring a detail-oriented and experienced Tally Accountant with at least 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally, MS Excel, spoken English, and capable of handling professional email communication. Key Responsibilities: Maintain daily accounting records using Tally ERP Handle data entry of sales, purchases, receipts, payments, etc. Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory reports Reconcile bank statements and ledgers Generate invoices, credit notes, and maintain accounts receivable/payable Use MS Excel for preparing reports, MIS, and data analysis Draft and send professional emails to clients, vendors, and management Assist with internal and external audits Maintain proper filing of documents and records Requirements: Minimum 1 year of accounting experience Proficient in Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.) Good communication skills in spoken and written English Ability to draft clear and professional emails Knowledge of basic taxation (GST/TDS) is preferred diploma/Graduate in B.Com or equivalent field preferred Perks & Benefits: Exposure to real-time accounting systems Learning and growth opportunities Friendly and supportive work environment
