Account Manager

Job Title: Manager – Accounts & Finance Location: Anakapalle / Atchutapuram, Visakhapatnam Company: SGX Minerals Pvt. Ltd. Department: Accounts & Finance Experience: 8+ years (preferably in mining, manufacturing, or related industries) Key Responsibilities: Accounts Management: Oversee day-to-day accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger. Ensure timely closure of books of accounts on a monthly and yearly basis. Maintain and review accounting records, reports, and ledgers. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Provide financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting support. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (Companies Act, Income Tax, etc.). Taxation & Compliance: Handle GST, TDS, PF, PT, and Income Tax returns. Ensure timely payments and filings of taxes. Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits. Cost & Budget Management: Monitor plant-level expenses and optimize cost control measures. Prepare and manage annual budgets and variance analysis. Banking & Treasury: Liaise with banks for fund management, loans, and facilities. Manage cash flow, fund transfers, and working capital efficiently. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the accounts team at the plant location. Ensure team deliverables and deadlines are met. Desired Candidate Profile: Qualification: CA / CMA / M.Com / MBA (Finance) Experience in plant or site-based accounting preferred. Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / SAP / MS Excel. Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other Indian tax laws. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to be based at Anakapalle / Atchutapuram and travel as required.
