Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Mumbai. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing client relationships, overseeing project delivery, coordinating with creative and media teams, developing and executing marketing strategies, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing budgets. The role requires regular client meetings, performance tracking, and reporting.

• Client Relationship Management, Communication, and Negotiation skills
• Project Management, Organizational, and Time Management skills
• Marketing Strategy Development, Media Planning/Buying, and Budget Management experience
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant project management tools
• Previous experience in an advertising agency is compulsory (3-4 years)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
