Job Description

An Account Manager is a professional who manages client relationships and ensures customer satisfaction by acting as the main point of contact between a company and its clients. They are responsible for understanding client needs, addressing concerns, and providing solutions to maintain and strengthen business relationships. Account Managers also work with various internal teams to ensure client needs are met and contribute to sales growth by identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts. Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Needs Assessment: Identify and understand client needs, objectives, and challenges.
  • Solution Delivery: Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements and expectations.
  • Sales and Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Communication and Reporting: Effectively communicate progress, performance, and key account metrics to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Problem Resolution: Address client issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and ensure client satisfaction.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
