Account Executive

Dear Candidates, We are looking for 1 to 3 yrs experienced candidates with Accounts knowledge and work experience with Tally, GST ,TDS and Financial statement. JOB DESCRIPTION Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; preparing special reports. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. Develop and maintain financial record keeping and reporting systems. · Supervise payroll, billing, receivables, payables, cash receipts, cash disbursements, and general ledger functions. · Monitor and follow-up on receivables that have been outstanding for unusually long periods of time. · Produce monthly financial statements including balance sheet, profit/loss statements, and accumulative general ledger using a computer-based accounting system. To carry out other jobs as and when allocated by your superior with respect to your department concerned. Handling Statutory Compliances – Audit Closure, Managing Invoice, MIS report , GST and Income Tax(Prepare & Upload )File GST,TDS returns) Experience – Required Min 3 years of Experience. Qualification – B.com, M.B.A (Finance), C.A Inter (Articles completed), C.W.A Inter.
