We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our finance team. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with 0-3 years of experience looking to build their careers in accounting within a manufacturing environment. The Accountant will assist in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting various accounting functions.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in maintaining the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and comply with accounting principles.

· Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

· Support the management of accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payments, and collections.

· Perform bank reconciliations and assist in reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.

· Assist in tracking and analyzing manufacturing costs, providing insights to support budgeting and forecasting processes.

· Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies, supporting audits as necessary.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accounting software, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

· 0-3 years of relevant accounting experience (internship experience is welcomed).

· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
