We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage and oversee our daily financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in accounting records, preparing financial reports, maintaining compliance with tax and regulatory requirements, and supporting budgeting and auditing activities. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update accounting records and files. Prepare and review financial statements and reports. Reconcile bank statements and ledgers. Manage accounts payable and receivable. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations. Process and file tax returns in a timely manner. Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits. Analyze financial data to identify trends and anomalies. Support month-end and year-end close processes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proven work experience as an Accountant or similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP). Excellent analytical and numerical skills. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Good organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of applicable tax laws and regulations. Preferred Qualifications: CPA, CA, or equivalent professional certification. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
