Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential students via calls, emails, and online platforms to understand their educational needs.
• Guide and counsel students on various training programs offered by IIPTA.
• Maintain detailed records of student interactions and follow-ups.
• Assist in driving student conversions and admissions through effective communication.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to support lead management and outreach.
• Contribute to creating a seamless and positive experience for prospective learners.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Recent graduate or postgraduate (preferred specialization in

  Marketing/Sales

  ).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and student engagement is a plus.
• Comfortable working remotely and using online communication tools.
