Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kochi for an Academic Counsellor. The Academic Counsellor's responsibilities include providing guidance and support to students, assisting in course selection, offering academic advice, and helping students develop educational plans aligned with their career goals. The role also involves coordinating with faculty and staff, maintaining student records, and conducting informational sessions and workshops to promote academic programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in academic counselling, student advisory, and educational planning
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and administrative skills for maintaining student records and coordinating with faculty
• Ability to conduct informational sessions and workshops
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
• Experience in an educational institution or similar setting is preferred
• Ability to work on-site in Kochi
