Location: Kochi | Kakkanad Experience: 1–3 years in US Voice Process (BPO) Job Overview: We're hiring experienced professionals for our US Voice Process. The role involves handling outbound calls, resolving customer requirements, and ensuring a high level of service delivery during night shifts. Key Responsibilities: Handle US-based customer calls (outbound) Resolve requirements and provide accurate information Maintain call quality, compliance, and documentation Meet performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, etc.) Requirements: 1+ years in US voice process (support/sales) Excellent English speaking and writing skills with neutral accent Good problem-solving and CRM knowledge Comfortable with night shifts and rotational offs US healthcare, telecom, or banking domain experience Upselling skills Bachelor’s degree preferred
