Experience : 3-4 years

Working days : Monday - Saturday ( 9am - 6PM )

Reporting to : Management

Location : Thane

We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Visualizer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming concepts, blueprints, and 2D designs into high-quality 3D renders, videos, and virtual walkthroughs. This role plays a crucial part in visualizing infrastructure and innovative projects, helping stakeholders and clients experience designs before they are brought to life.

Key Responsibilities:

* Create photorealistic 3D renders and visualizations for architectural and interior design projects.

* Develop animated walkthroughs and flythroughs, offering immersive experiences for clients.

* Translate 2D plans, sketches, and design concepts into stunning 3D models.

* Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure visual consistency and accuracy.

* Produce high-quality videos for project presentations, integrating motion graphics when needed.

* Optimize 3D models for various platforms, including virtual and augmented reality.

* Ensure timely delivery of visual assets, adhering to project deadlines and quality standards.

* Research the latest design trends, software, and technologies to enhance visual output.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design,

3D Animation, or related fields.

* Proficiency in 3D visualization software such as 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, or similar.

* Strong skills in rendering engines like V-Ray, Lumion, or Unreal Engine.

* Expertise in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro and

After Effects.

* Familiarity with AutoCAD for interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.

* Creativity, attention to detail, and a keen eye for design aesthetics.

* Good communication skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR)

design.

* Knowledge of game engines like Unity or Unreal for interactive visualizations.

* Prior experience working on educational or infrastructure projects is a plus.
