Role Description

This is a full-time on site role for a 3D Visualizer at ExcelDes Architects & Interior Designers. The 3D Visualizer will be responsible for producing high-quality 3D renderings, animations, and walkthroughs. They will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of architects, designers, and engineers to visually communicate design concepts to clients.

Qualifications

Strong visualization and graphic design skills
Experience with lighting, shading, and rendering techniques
Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, or 3DS Max
Drawing and freehand sketching ability
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus
