This individual will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring timely documentation, coordinating with legal teams for registrations and agreements, and supporting the studio’s project administration functions. Key Responsibilities: Client Relations: • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-project initia tion • Schedule regular client updates and coordinate design meet ings • Gather client feedback and ensure it is relayed to the design team • Maintain a professional and approachable presence representing the studio Documentation & Coordination: Handle all project-related documentation, including MoUs, agreements, LOIs, and architectural submissions.
