The ideal candidate will coordinate between the design team, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure timely and high-quality execution of works on-site. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day site activities for architecture and interior projects. Ensure all work is carried out as per drawings, design intent, and quality standards. Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and labor teams. Handle site measurements, material verification, and quality checks. Prepare daily work reports, progress updates, and communicate any delays or issues to management. Manage timelines and ensure materials and manpower are available as required. Maintain safety and cleanliness at the site. Handle vendor coordination and ensure proper installation of furniture, electricals, plumbing, HVAC, etc. Report to project manager or senior architect. Required Skills and Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture or related field. 3+ years of experience in site supervision (especially interiors and architectural works). Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD is an advantage.
