Zumba Instructor

Job Summary: Lead high-energy Zumba classes for participants of all fitness levels. Create engaging routines, ensure safe practices, and foster a fun and motivating environment both online and offline. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Zumba classes (online/offline), demonstrating proper technique and energy. - Design dynamic routines incorporating varied musical styles. - Monitor participant form and provide corrective feedback. - Start/finish classes on time; maintain class flow and enthusiasm. - Motivate participants to reach fitness goals. Required Qualifications: - Valid Zumba certification. - Understanding of basic anatomy and exercise science. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - High energy, passion for dance and fitness. - Open to freshers with a dance background. Preferred Skills: - Experience in choreography and personalized routine development. - Experience teaching online classes. - Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Working Conditions: - Mostly online classes; offline as required. - Physically active role (standing, bending, occasional lifting). - Flexible schedule with morning online sessions.
