Position Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned, dynamic, and visionary leader to join our leadership team as Zonal Head – South Division. This role is pivotal in driving growth, ensuring operational excellence, and expanding our footprint across the Southern states – Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Kerala.

The Zonal Head will be based in Bangalore and will oversee overall business operations, strategic planning, team leadership, and performance management across the zone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Strategy:
  • Lead and manage overall zonal operations and business development.
  • Develop strategic plans for growth and expansion in the South zone.
  • Align zonal goals with corporate objectives.
  • Business Operations:
  • Ensure smooth execution of home care and rehab care services.
  • Monitor service quality, client satisfaction, and operational KPIs.
  • Implement standardized procedures and continuous improvement practices.
  • Team Management:
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate multi-functional teams across 5 states.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through effective leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Clinical, and Admin.
  • Business Development:
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Build strategic alliances with hospitals, institutions, and local health bodies.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Compliance & Reporting:
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, protocols, and internal policies.
  • Provide periodic business reports and performance analysis to senior leadership.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 20 – 25 years of experience in healthcare service operations or related sectors, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multiple states.
  • Education: Master’s Degree in Business Administration / Healthcare Management / or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare services, especially home care and rehabilitation care.
  • Proven track record in driving business growth, team leadership, and operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel across the South Zone as per business needs.
