ZOHO Developer

Here are some of the key responsibilities you'll have as a ZOHO Developer:

Get to know ZOHO products and services inside and out so you can help clients make informed decisions that meet their needs.

Listen carefully to clients' concerns and recommend solutions that align with their requirements.

Keep track of client interactions, including recording their complaints and verifying their details.

Provide exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations, and resolve any issues that arise with a professional and friendly attitude.

Attend training programs provided by the organization and adhere to our company's rules and regulations.

Here are some of the requirements we're looking for in a successful candidate:

At least 4 years of experience working in a ZOHO admin or service role, ideally as a ZOHO Service Associate.

Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management software such as Zoho, Salesforce, etc.

Ability to communicate effectively with clients from different backgrounds and personalities.

Excellent phone, email, and team etiquette skills, including active listening, email, and clear communication.

Proficiency in the American English language.

Familiarity with MS Office Tools for communication, reporting, and analysis.

Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
