Mandatory Qualification And Experience. What We’re Looking For. Graduate/Postgraduate in Education, Social Work, Development Studies, or relevant disciplines.. 2–4 years of relevant experience in CSR projects, school/institution engagement, or learning facilitation.. Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a learner-centric approach.. Ability to work independently while coordinating with diverse internal and external teams..
