Job Description

Looking for a skilled Trainer to join our team at Omega Healthcare Management Services Pvt. Ltd., responsible for delivering high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO and excellent communication skills.
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive training plans to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

Conduct interactive sessions, workshops, and seminars to engage learners and promote learning.

Design and deliver customized training programs tailored to specific client needs.

Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for improvement.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Manage training materials, resources, and budgets for efficient use.

Job

Proven experience as a trainer or in a related field, preferably in CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO.

Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.

Proficiency in using technology for training delivery and management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address training needs.
