Company:

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students and parents regarding study abroad programs and admissions processes.
Conduct outbound calls to leads, providing detailed information and addressing queries.
Achieve daily and monthly targets for call time, video consultation bookings, and lead connections.
Build rapport and trust with students, guiding them through the admissions journey.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless student experience and consistent revenue achievement.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

300+ minutes daily call time
5+ video consultation bookings per day
80%+ lead connection rate
Consistent achievement of revenue targets

Candidate Requirements

Minimum
2 years of experience in EdTech sales
(Study Abroad experience is a plus).
Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
Graduate degree or above.
High target orientation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, individual contributor (IC) role.
Strong persuasion and rapport-building skills.
Comfortable working 6 days a week in an office environment.
