Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for NON-IT roles. Independently handle hiring requirements and close open positions efficiently. Understand job descriptions and candidate specifications shared by the internal team. Liaise with clients for clarity on hiring requirements and candidate expectations. Source high-quality candidates through job portals, headhunting, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Effectively manage multiple roles across various industries using diverse sourcing strategies. Coordinate closely with your assigned Team Leader, who will be your primary point of contact and mentor. Candidate Requirements: Only Female Candidates are eligible. Must be able to dedicate 4 to 5 hours per day (within the 10 AM to 7 PM window). Strong sourcing, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
