Website Developer

Key Responsibilities: Website Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain company websites (WordPress / HTML / CSS / JavaScript or other platforms)
• Ensure websites are mobile-responsive, SEO-friendly, and fast-loading
• Integrate web tools like contact forms, booking systems, payment gateways, etc.
• Monitor site performance, uptime, and security
• Regularly update content and troubleshoot issues

Social Media Manager

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Manage content calendars, campaigns, and collaborations
• Track and analyze performance (engagement, reach, followers, etc.)
• Engage with the audience and manage DMs/comments
• Stay updated with trends and platform algorithms

Content Creator

• Develop engaging and original content for web, social media, and email marketing
• Write blogs, captions, product descriptions, and campaign scripts
• Shoot and edit basic photo/video content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, Behind-the-Scenes)
• Work with the design team to create branded visuals and graphics
• Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form formats

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of WordPress / illustrator design
• Proficient in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut / Premiere Pro / Photoshop
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills in English (and/or local language if required)
• Hands-on experience in social media marketing and analytics
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media ad campaigns is a plus
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
