Website Developer & Designer

Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and maintain the company’s main website and landing pages tailored for real estate listings and customer interaction.

· Create responsive, user-friendly interfaces that work across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.

· Integrate property listing tools, search filters, and CRM/contact forms.

· Optimize website speed, performance, SEO, and user experience.

· Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment.

· Implement features such as virtual tours, interactive maps, and client testimonials.

· Monitor website analytics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

· Ensure security best practices and regular updates are applied to all site components.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Any Bachelor's degree with a diploma in Web Development.
• Proven experience of minimum 2 years and above in website development and design, ideally in the real estate or property industry.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, GIT, JIRA Software and modern frameworks like React.js, Next.js, Laravel or similar.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
• Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with real estate tools or APIs is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Portfolio showcasing previous web development/design work.
• Experience with real estate platforms or portals.
• Understanding of CRM and lead capture integrations (e.g.,Bitrix24, Runo).
• Graphic design experience (Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop) is a bonus.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and website heat maps.
