Website Designer

Success in this role means:

• Consistently delivering pixel-perfect, responsive websites on time
• Aligning website designs with brand guidelines, conversion goals, and SEO best practices
• Maintaining clean, user-friendly layouts optimized for mobile and desktop

This role is critical for building the digital storefronts of our clients and will directly impact lead generation and online brand image.

💥 Note: This is a full-time, on-site role (no work-from-home). You’ll need to bring your own laptop.

💸 Salary Range: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000/month (plus incentives as we grow)

Responsibilities

• Design and develop websites using platforms like WordPress (Elementor), Shopify, Wix, or Webflow
• Customize themes, layouts, and user interfaces as per client brand guidelines
• Collaborate with the content and graphics team for site content, banners, and images
• Ensure mobile responsiveness, fast load times, and cross-browser compatibility
• Integrate basic third-party tools like WhatsApp widgets, payment gateways, forms, and CRM tools
• Conduct regular website audits and maintenance, ensuring SEO and speed optimization
• Implement landing pages for performance marketing campaigns
• Revise and iterate websites based on internal and client feedback
• Stay updated with the latest website design trends and technologies

Qualifications

Skills & Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in website design and development
• Proficiency with WordPress (Elementor must), Shopify, Wix (Webflow is a plus)
• Understanding of UI/UX principles, modern web design trends, and conversion-focused layouts
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS (and optionally JS) for minor customizations
• Familiarity with website speed optimization, SEO fundamentals, and responsive design best practices
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong communication and client interaction skills

Preferred:

• Experience building landing pages for performance marketing campaigns
• Basic experience with tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Figma for minor graphic adjustments

Education:

• Diploma/Degree in Web Design, Multimedia, Computer Applications, or a related field
